The only thing is that on talking to the operator, it is clear that Taxi Code didn’t pass on relevant information such as space for a wheelchair being needed in addition to the luggage. Although we ordered a vehicle that would allow the space for my wheelchair, the would have been able to, this information would have allowed the operator to select a more suitable car that he has in his fleet."
