"Despite informing Taxicode, at the time of booking, of our luggage and knowing that the VW Caravelle had adequate capacity, I did not appreciate only being called the evening before that they believed that the Caravelle was not big enough.
I'm glad to say that a larger vehicle was provided at no extra charge.
Unfortunately, the last minute call about the vehicle size did spoil the Taxicode experience for me.
The driver was excellent though."
