"Not great really, tried to do it on my app first but the app would not recognise Sofitel Hotel Heathrow. Then I called and the lady did it over the phone but put the pick up from Terminal 5 Heathrow I noticed this when she sent me the payment link. So I did not pay and then clicked book online and did it this way but I have had to pay the full amount of £209.50. David Leach"
